From the outset, Bath Leasehold Management Limited was founded on a platform of compliance and regulation to provide our clients with an instantly trustworthy service which protects their commercial interests at all times. We embrace the introduction of strengthened leasehold legislation and support any initiative which regulates and improves the professional conduct of the industry.

To add substance to these statements, the commercial activities of Bath Leasehold Limited are underpinned by our associate status with ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents), which is not a mandatory requirement of the profession, and registration with the Government-backed PRS (Property Redress Scheme).

In addition to giving us the right to publish the logos of each scheme, membership of these three bodies also contribute to the overarching ethos of the company which governs our day-to-day conduct and commitment to professionalism throughout all our activities. We recognise our responsibilities in the course of looking after significant property assets, the interests of our clients and indeed the experiences of their tenants..

The Property Institute

ARMA and IRPM have come together to form The Property Institute (TPI), the leading professional body representing residential managing agents. The Property Institute is the professional body for residential property managers, managing commonhold, leasehold and build to rent homes, including large and complex estates. In the absence of state regulation, The Property Institute members are bound to our code of conduct. Not all property managers are members of The Property Institute. Members stand apart by voluntarily committing themselves to our code and standards.

PRS – Property Redress Scheme

Firmed by the Government in 2014, the PRS serves to provide an impartial service that considers consumer complaints about a variety of property related issues. Membership of the scheme highlights our desire to provide a valued and harmonious service to both tenants and landlords with the minimum of fuss. We recognise and respect the interests of both parties at all times which is reflected in all our communications and our willingness to resolve any problems before they escalate.
